You can access the #AWP26 mobile app on your mobile device now! To download the #AWP26 app, search “AWP Conference & Bookfair” in the App Store or Google Play store, or use the download links below:

The #AWP26 mobile app is the best way to access all conference information and stay up to date on all conference news, especially while onsite in Baltimore, Maryland.
Please note: if you still have the conference mobile app from a previous year downloaded on your mobile device, you may need to update the app, or may need to delete the conference app and re-download it using one of the links above, to view the 2026 conference event information. If you have any trouble accessing the mobile app, please email conference@awpwriter.org for assistance.

Get directions
Access interactive maps of the Bookfair, the Baltimore Convention Center, and the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel.
If you’re viewing a specific conference event or exhibitor, you can also click the “Map It” button in the item details to view that item’s exact location in the Baltimore Convention Center or Renaissance Harborplace Hotel.
Access your personal planner
Any information you save in the mobile app can be accessed in the My Planner section on the mobile app’s bottom navigation bar. To access the My Planner section, registered #AWP26 attendees can log in with their registration email and badge ID. Your badge ID will be provided via email, and will be printed on the back of your registration badge on-site. You can also find your badge ID in the Attendee Service Center by selecting the “View your registration” link. The badge ID will be at the top of the page above your registration record.
Once you are logged in to the My Planner page, you can view your personal schedule, view your saved lists of presenters and exhibitors, view any notes you have taken in the app, and view your registration QR code.
Inside your My Planner page, you can also set your profile to private if you don't want your name to appear in mobile app search results. To set your profile to private, click the "Hide Profile" button.
Build a personal schedule
To add a conference event to your personal schedule on the mobile app, click the event title, then click the bookmark button. To view your personal schedule, click the My Planner attendee icon on the bottom navigation bar, then click the My Schedule page for a list view of events. If you have already started building a personal schedule in the Attendee Service Center and log in with the same registration email, the personal schedule you have already built will sync to the mobile app.
To remove an event from your personal schedule, click the event title and click the bookmark button again.
Search the conference schedule and presenter list
Looking for events on a specific topic? Visit the conference schedule page in the app, then click the search icon in the top-right corner to search for an event title or keyword. You can also click the session topic, session track, and session type dropdown menus to filter the schedule by a specific event category, event tag, or event type.
Looking for a specific presenter? Browse the presenter list or search by a presenter name to find out more about the thousands of writers that will be presenting on over 350 conference events at #AWP26.
Explore Bookfair exhibitors
With more than 650 literary exhibitors, the AWP Bookfair is the largest of its kind. Browse the exhibitor list in the mobile app to find information about the many literary magazines, presses, and literary organizations you can meet in the Bookfair.
Take notes
If you are attending an event or visiting an exhibitor and want to jot down a note for later, you can do so in the mobile app! Click the event title, presenter name, or exhibitor name to view details, then click the notes button to take a note about that specific item in the app. To view all of your notes in one place, click the My Planner button on the bottom navigation bar, then click the My Notes page.
