Baltimore/Washington Thurgood Marshall International Airport (BWI)

BWI offers an abundance of information for arriving travelers, including those with mobility, accessibility, and other needs. BWI is approximately ten miles or a seventeen-minute drive to the Baltimore Convention Center and is accessible via taxi, shuttle service, train, or rideshare. Alaska Airlines

Charm City Circulator

The Charm City Circulator is a free bus system in the downtown area. Buses run about every fifteen minutes along four different routes. Visit the Charm City Circulator page for a full list of stop locations, operating hours, and tips for catching your ride.


MTA Bus, Subway & Light Rail Service

MTA operates a bus service with high-frequency stops at the CityLink, LocalLink, and Express BusLink routes in the areas surrounding downtown. MTA also operates the Metro SubwayLink and the Light RailLink. Fares are $2.00 for a one-way ride and $4.60 for a day pass. Download the CharmPass mobile app or pay with cash when boarding.
 

Baltimore Water Taxi

The Water Taxi offers one price for all-day, unlimited on-off service to neighborhoods and attractions in and around the downtown area. It’s a fun and picturesque way to travel between waterfront neighborhoods from the Inner Harbor. Check out the Baltimore Water Taxi page for stops, schedules, pricing, and scenic ride options. Water taxi service is free during weekdays.

Dockless Scooters & Bicycles

Electric scooters and bicycles are available throughout the city. For a small fee, you can pick up a scooter wherever you find one on the street and leave it at your destination. Download your preferred scooter brand’s app to plan your route. Scooters and bicycles are available in Baltimore through Lime, Bolt, Jump, and Spin.
 

Amtrak

Baltimore’s primary train station, Pennsylvania Station, is located less than two miles from the Inner Harbor. Camden Station, near the Convention Center, provides a downtown option for local and regional commuters. Visit the Amtrak page for scheduling and pricing information.
 

ADA Paratransit Services

Mobility is an accessible shared-ride service. This service is more ideal for local residents, as eligibility requires an application with a signature from a healthcare provider. Visit the Mobility FAQ page for more information about applications and catching a ride.
