General Guidelines

AWP bookfair exhibitors are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and municipal regulations governing sales tax and collection, and, when required, for remitting sales tax in a timely manner. It is required that each exhibiting organization ensures they are tax compliant. AWP provides tax guidance information as a courtesy, please direct all questions to the Illinois Department of Revenue regarding your specific organization’s needs and compliance.
